I like it and cannot wait to see how it looks with completed linked pages and such. I think for the most part you have very consistent style which is good. If I had to make one suggestion it might be narrowing the amount of, or better organization of, colors on the page. As it stands your main logo seems to feature White Red and Yellow/Orange which is good especially since you reuse those colors for titles, texts, and backgrounds within the page. But I think the, for lack of a better term, "Guest Appearance" of blue and green maybe fight with the orange and red color theme a bit. That could just be my own style preferences coming through so I would see what other people think before you make any drastic changes. Very nice use of gradients and texture, tell me when you finish the rest of the site - I would love to see the final version!
