well what you need first are images to cut out then once you have that you just need to cut and paste them together... I don't think you could find a tutorial because there isn't really much need for a tutorial. If you have a question about a specific effect they used that you want to recreate or something then you would have better luck finding a tutorial. But all this really requires is a bunch of images, the lasso tool, and some artistic imagination.
